Runners, athletes, dancers, and for those who carry any kind of stress with-in the body and are tight and tense as a result, will benefit tremendously by attending this class. Through holding classical Hatha yoga poses, Stretch and Lengthen aids in opening the muscular structure of the body. Creative visualization, ancient breath techniques and mind-body awareness practices assist the energetic and astral bodies to become receptive to healing.
