Vinyasa Yoga & Yoga Nidra

Whether you are new to the yoga mat and looking to increase your strength or flexibility or a seasoned yogi or yogini seeking to take your practice to the next level, bring out the “om” in your home with private sessions designed to help you achieve your unique goals. Select from 60-, 75-, and 90-minute live or customized pre-recorded sessions tailor-fit to your needs, whether you’re seeking fiery morning sessions or hip-opening lunar flows. From your very first breath-and-movement-based session you will begin to develop a well-rounded practice that will improve your balance and posture; strengthen the muscles of your arms, legs, core, back, hands, and feet; foster confidence by succeeding with challenging poses inspired by your current and future practice goals; and acquire the knowledge that will empower you to cultivate a personal practice between guided sessions. If rest is what you crave, opt for a deeply restorative yoga nidra session and sound bath—with or without yoga asana—set to the soothing tones of the tongue drum, ocean drum, and/or crystal singing bowls.

Journaling Journeys

One of the most powerful ways to heal is to reclaim your story. Inspired by narrative approaches to psychotherapy, this journaling journey puts you in the driver’s seat of your own process. In this context, journaling serves as a tool to help you become aware of how the past is showing up in the present, hone your vision for the future, and identify the mindfulness skills that will help you heal as you continue to move forward. During your initial consultation you will begin the process by discussing your intentions, co-create a plan including individual or a series of sessions, and receive your first writing prompt. Inquire how to deepen your journey by adding yoga nidra and/or meditation to your package.
