In honor of the Sankofa bird who flies forward while keeping the past its sights, join us to take time to draw 2018 to a close and to set your intentions for the year ahead. Our journey will begin by coming to center in the present, grounded by the senses of scent and taste, before taking a guided journaling session that will help you transform that which has come to pass into the energy of manifestation. Once we’ve called our goals into the space via the written word, we will bring our breath and voice to action through purifying kriya and empowering rounds moving meditation through Chandra Namaskar. After guided meditation in Savasana, we will expand our intentions to include all beings through mantra and silent reflection. This reinvigorating workshop will leave you prepared to manifest abundance and give a whole new perspective on crafting new year's resolutions.
