NOTE: Class will be held on the sand at National Blvd.
All students will be guided and supported. Beginners will work on developing body awareness, familiarity with yoga postures, pranayama (breath control) and meditation techniques. Intermediate and advanced students will be encouraged to deepen all aspects of their yoga practice. Using the breath as a focal point, students will be guided through a series of postures progressing from warm up and easier moves to more complex. You will build strength and stamina and leave the class feeling calm and invigorated. All-Level. On the beach! Wear loose comfortable clothing, bring a large towel and water.
