As 2019 draws to a close, take time to reflect, move and meditate to prepare to welcome 2020 with a clear vision. Grab your mat, journal, favorite pens and colored pencils and join us for the final Self-Care Sunday of the year. We will come into the present through the senses of smell and taste, then close our eyes and turn inward. From this introspective place of calm, we will write, sketch, and draw, reflecting on how we tended to the seven key aspects of our being this year: security, creativity, empowerment, love, expression, intuition, and connection. Moving ahead with self-compassion, once we’ve planted the seeds that will blossom into our goals for the dawning new year, we will flow through a yoga sequence that will balance solar and lunar energies. As our practice comes to close, a final guided meditation will leave us ready to celebrate our growth - past, present, and future.
